Alila Cha-Am Hua Hin lies on the premier beach resort of Petchaburi on the sunrise side of the Gulf of Thailand, 163 km south of Bangkok and 26 km north of Hua Hin. The landscape here is characterised by dense jungles and mountain ranges. A leisurely drive from Bangkok takes about 2.5 hours.
"Staff was friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the air condition lost water, which had to be repaired. In the end we had to change the room. In our opinion the problem should have been known to relevant hotel staff. Without these problem it would have been a very nice place."

This is my first alila hotel but I have seen the design of your other hotels and so far I am very impressed. The service at your hotel is also very cheerful. ReplyDelete"Alila is a well organized hotel far away from the business center so, it doesn't suit well business travelers. Nevertheless, its location permits to reach the airport and the most important attraction in the city quite quickly. The service is impeccable with high flexibility shown in extensions of stay and room rates. The facilities like the spa and the pool have to be tried. Altogether, the lounge music and the interior design offered a comprehensive relaxing experience and I will consider it again should I travel for leisure in Jakarta."

ReplyDelete"I am 29 years old male, i have been in this hotel from 16 Sep. 2007 to 20 Sep. 2007. My room was in the 14th floor (excutive room - Double bed). The hotel itself is very clean and modern. The location of the hotel is more than acceptable however, there are some old workshopes around it. The hotel is very close to the main road and railway station is 10 minutes far by car, taxies are available all the time. "

My only complaint would be the "women's floor" we were transferred to on our second stay, which did not have Internet service (suggesting women don't work in Indonesia.) "
